Delicious Vegan Cauliflower dish...So so easy to do
Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and cut, vertically through the root, into what resembles 4 steaks, place into a roasting tin and set aside.
To make the marinade pour the olive oil into a jug and mix in the remaining ingredients. Using a large spoon lather the cauliflower steaks with the mixture and place into a hot oven for 20 minutes, remove, flip over and add the remaining marinade and pop back in the oven for a further 15 minutes.
Roughly chop the coriander and scatter over the top of the cooked cauliflower steaks, season with a pinch of salt and serve
