Really simple potato salad, awesome with a BBQ and packed with herby flavour

15 - 20minutes
- 1. Start by cooking your potatoes in boiling water until just cooked, this should take about 12/15 minutes, remove from the heat and run under cold water to cool as quick as possible, then chop in half
- 2. Pop your creme fraiche, onions, mustard and herbs into a mixing bowl and add your chopped potatoes, use a rubber spatula to mix together taking care not to break up your potatoes
