Pepper Sauce

This is a bit of a cheats way to make this sauce but its the tastiest one ever!

  1. 1. Put your pepper into a cold saucepan and heat up until it starts to smoke a little

  2. 2. Very carefully add your brandy and alight to burn the alcohol off, then quickly chuck your Worcestershire sauce and reduce by half

  3. 3. Now add your cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 5/6 minutes, this should give you a nice sauce consistency, serve with a banging steak
