This is a bit of a cheats way to make this sauce but its the tastiest one ever!
0 - 5minutes
15 - 20minutes
- 1. Put your pepper into a cold saucepan and heat up until it starts to smoke a little
- 2. Very carefully add your brandy and alight to burn the alcohol off, then quickly chuck your Worcestershire sauce and reduce by half
- 3. Now add your cream and bring to a gentle simmer for 5/6 minutes, this should give you a nice sauce consistency, serve with a banging steak
