Double Chocolate Cookie Dough Croissants

Super easy way your make your shop bought croissants amazingly delicious....

- 1. This couldn't be easier, Roll out your cookie dough in between 2 sheets of grease proof paper, make sure its nice and thin otherwise it won't roll properly, then open your croissant dough and roll out, cut along the perforated lines
- 2. Cut your cookie dough into the same shape as your triangle croissants then lay the cookie on top of the croissants and roll into the classic shape, place onto a baking sheet and brush with your egg yolk, pop into a hot oven (180C) for 10/12 minutes
